Prior to joining Scott & Kraus, LLC, Haley worked as an associate attorney for a commercial law firm where she represented small to mid-sized businesses and high-net-worth individuals in real estate closings. She advised her clients on commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, office and retail leasing and loan documentation. Haley also managed all litigation matters pertaining to real estate as well as breach of contract and unjust enrichment claims.
