Executive Summary
Mr. Cohen's areas of concentration include commercial litigation, employment litigation, employment counseling and real estate litigation, including broker's claims, specific performance and enforcement of landlord's rights. Mr. Cohen represents real estate developers, commercial and residential landlords and brokers in a wide range of litigation.

Mr. Cohen was trained in a large firm as a labor and employment attorney, and represents employers and executives concerning drafting and negotiation of executive employment and severance agreements and related documents. Mr. Cohen drafts employee handbooks, policies and agreements. Mr. Cohen advises with respect to and litigates restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation.

Mr. Cohen also provides general counseling to individuals, partnerships and middle market business including contract negotiation, entity formation and resolution of business disputes. Mr. Cohen negotiates Master Services Agreements and similar contracts on behalf of technology consulting companies.
